Terms & Conditions

1. Reservation & Payment

Bookings are confirmed upon successful payment via Stripe. The total rental fee is calculated as the daily rate (IDR 200,000) multiplied by the number of days and number of bikes. All prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

By completing a booking you agree to these Terms and to Stripe's Terms of Service.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the pick-up time receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of pick-up are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable.

To cancel, contact us via WhatsApp at +62 881-0379-78255 with your booking reference.

3. Pick-up Requirements

At pick-up at Bandar Udara Lede Kalumbang, the renter must present:

• A valid government-issued ID (passport or national ID)
• A valid motorcycle driving licence (A/SIM A or international equivalent)

We reserve the right to refuse rental if the required documents cannot be produced. No refund will be issued in this case.

4. Vehicle Condition & Inspection

The renter must inspect the bike at pick-up and report any pre-existing damage before riding. Unreported damage discovered at return may be charged to the renter.

One helmet is included with every rental. The renter accepts responsibility for the helmet's safe return.

5. Renter's Responsibilities

• The renter is responsible for the cost of fuel during the rental period.
• The bike must be returned with the same fuel level as at pick-up.
• The renter is responsible for any damage, loss or theft of the vehicle during the rental period.
• Traffic fines or penalties incurred during the rental are the sole responsibility of the renter.

6. Prohibited Uses

The following uses are strictly prohibited:

• Sub-renting or lending the bike to a third party
• Use in any form of race or speed test
• Transportation of illegal goods or substances
• Riding under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Riding outside Sumba island without prior written consent

7. Late Returns

Late returns will be charged at a rate of IDR 50,000 per hour, up to the full daily rate of IDR 200,000 for any additional day started.

8. Liability

Bali Best Motorcycle's liability is limited to the total rental fee paid. We are not liable for personal injury, loss of property, or consequential damages arising from the use of the rental bike.

The renter rides at their own risk and is strongly encouraged to carry personal travel insurance covering motorbike riding.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bali, Indonesia.
