3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to:

• Process and confirm your reservation
• Coordinate pick-up logistics at Bandar Udara Lede Kalumbang
• Contact you regarding your booking if necessary

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Stripe — Payment Processor

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. When you click "Pay with Stripe", you are redirected to Stripe's secure checkout. Stripe collects and processes your payment information in accordance with their own Privacy Policy.

We receive confirmation of payment and the booking metadata (number of bikes, dates, location). We do not receive your card number, CVV, or any sensitive financial data.

5. Data Retention

Booking records are retained for a period of 5 years for accounting and legal compliance purposes, in accordance with Indonesian law.

7. Security

All payment transactions are encrypted and handled by Stripe. Our server uses HTTPS. We do not store credit card information.
