What's Included

Every rental includes a helmet at no extra charge. Basic third-party liability coverage is included as required by Indonesian law.

Full Damage Cover

Every booking includes one of two protection options, chosen and paid online at checkout:

• Insurance Fee — 100,000 IDR per bike, per day. Non-refundable. Covers accidental damage to the bike for the duration of the rental.
• Refundable Deposit — Rp 3,000,000 fixed per bike. Refunded after the bike is returned undamaged; deducted to cover repair costs otherwise.

What's Not Covered (any plan)

• Damage caused by riding under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Damage resulting from participation in any race or speed test
• Theft resulting from negligence (e.g. bike left unlocked)
• Damage caused by an unlicensed rider
• Intentional damage

In Case of Accident

If you are involved in an accident:

• Ensure personal safety first — move to a safe location if possible
• Call emergency services: 112 (Indonesia national emergency)
• Contact us immediately via WhatsApp: +62 881-0379-78255
• Do not move the bike if police attendance is required
• Document the scene with photos before any vehicle is moved
• Obtain a police report (Surat Keterangan Kecelakaan) if third parties are involved
