Our commitment

Bali Best Motorcycle is committed to ensuring that sumba.balibestmotorcycle.com (Sumba Rental Motorbike) is accessible to all users, including people with disabilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, the standard referenced by the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) through EN 301 549.

Conformance status

This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means that some parts of the content do not yet fully conform to the accessibility standard. We are actively working to close the remaining gaps.

Known limitations

Despite our efforts, users may experience issues with the following parts of the site. We are working on fixes and will update this statement as they ship:

• Some decorative animations and the feature carousel may be difficult to operate with assistive technology.
• The language toggle (English/Spanish) changes visible text but the declared page language does not yet update dynamically.
• Payment is completed on Stripe Checkout, a third-party service. Stripe publishes its own accessibility information; we cannot fully control that experience.

Bali Best Motorcycle assessed the accessibility of this website by self-evaluation, including a manual keyboard-navigation audit of the complete booking and payment flow (date selection, review and redirect to Stripe Checkout) carried out in July 2026.
